At Shelves Central we offer convenient order collection from our Heidelberg West warehouse.
Our team will have your order ready and can assist with loading your vehicle if required.

If you are collecting your order, please ensure your vehicle is suitable for the packaged dimensions of your items.
All products are supplied flat-packed; however, carton lengths can be longer than expected. Before arriving, we strongly recommend checking the packaged dimensions listed below and measuring your available cargo space.
Please plan ahead to ensure your vehicle can safely accommodate your order.
You will need to consider:
Internal cargo length and width
Whether rear seats can fold down
Roof rack weight limits (if applicable)
The quantity of items being collected
If your vehicle is too small, you may be unable to safely transport your order.
